Quiet Sunday

It seems a good idea to spend a sunday home. No appointments planned, no obligations, no 'to-do' things. Just be around the house, maybe do some backing, take a long warm shower...yes. My mind says perfect.
I decide to prepare my breakfast, bake some bread in the owen, prepare me some coffee...good life.
My bread looks gold and tasty, just warm out the owen. My coffee smells good too :)
Mmmh...I decide to take my breakfast on the couch, reading some magazines, the sun slightly shines on the couch, what could be a better idea?? So, i put my golden bread, my cup of coffee, the butter, the marmalade on a plate.
I walk to the couch and at the moment i'm about to put my tray on my lap, my cup falls to the side! My oh-so-great-smelling-coffee is now flying directly to the floor, but decides to wet my pants, my couch, my table and my dog on it's way to the floor, just before my cup touches the floor and decides to break, not on the first impact (when you think it just survived the impact) but, at the second bounce on the floor...
My morning has just take a new dimension: i rush back to the kitchen, take lots of kitchen paper, rush to the couch, meanwhile i try to clean my pants, watch my dog walk away, messing the floor all the way with his coffee-wetted paws...and there it is: My new Sunday.

Well, after years of negotiation with my sister, we could not agree about starting a business together but finally I saw the light and decided to start our very own culinary blog!:
